That is the copy of original Tour Eiffel in Paris, France. is the seat of the Japanese government and the Imperial Palace, the home of the Japanese Imperial Family, and the de facto capital of Japan. De facto, because there is a dispute when did Tokyo legally became the capital of Japan. Some say that capital is Kyoto, some Tokyo, and some that they are both capitals.
